What Materials and Mediums do you use?

If working digitally I use my IPad Pro and Apple Pencil. I like to use Procreate mainly but I also enjoy working with Adobe Fresco. When animating I use Procreate Dreams. For physical drawings I work with graphite pencils, water-based and acrylic markers and watercolor pencils.

Where are you located?

I am based in the Twin - Cities region of Minnesota.

Where did you go to school?

I went to the University of Minnesota where I focused primarily on my BA in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies which then turned into a Dual Degree when focused in Art as well and got into the Fine Art program at the U of M.

Why ‘Wizard Balnelis’?

Wizard Balnelis is actually the name of an original fantasy character of mine.
